Ashley was born and raised in Denver, CO. She loves reading, writing and discovering new books and authors. She attended college in Kansas City, MO where she graduated with a degree in Theatre Arts as well as a degree in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy and loves bringing and seeing stories come to life in the theatre and music world.
She has been a follower and believer in Christ as her a Lord and Savior from a very young age and though she is far from perfect, she strives to follow God’s leading in her life. She is humbled by the fact that God has placed these stories on her heart and has chosen to use her in this way.
It is her hope that those who read these books are blessed and encouraged and that they provide a reminder of the beauty within us as well as in the world around us.
May you find the key to unlocking the beauty within your own story and may you find the beauty of redemption within your life.
“Since it is so likely that children will meet cruel enemies, let them at least have heard of brave knights and heroic courage.” C.S. Lewis

Ashley Beach started Beauty Restored back in 2015 when the seed of an idea for a fairytale series that wove elements of the Bible and Gospel throughout took root in her heart. She had been impacted by the idea of beauty lost in our world when reading a book by John Eldredge and Brent Curtis and started turning that seed of an idea into her first book– Beauty Restored. The idea and heart behind her books is to show the beauty lost in our world and lives and how that beauty can be restored, if we let it. We were all designed with beauty in mind and were created to reflect the beauty of our Creator, whose desire to see the beauty of our world and lives restored to Him is still relevant today. Beauty Restored works to find the beauty in Every story, and hopes to provide an outlet for that beauty to be discovered and Restored, Redeemed, Reborn, and Revealed.
Where does your inspiration come from?
Ideas come from my wild and vivid imagination but most of the time those ideas are sparked by a phrase in a book, a word in a sermon, a movie or TV show I’ve watched, part of a song I’ve heard, a certain Bible verse that strikes at the right time.
Favorite Quotes:
“Dreams aren’t supposed to be practical or logical. They might not even make sense. Dreams are our hearts’ desire. They have to be bigger than what we believe is attainable. That’s what makes them dreams. All we can do is give each one over to God, pray about it, and trust that if it’s part of His plan, it’ll happen. And if it doesn’t, it probably means He’s got something even better in store for us.” Jodi Benson
